Who was it for?
Parish of North Curry
Design, construction and installation of bespoke, handmade gate
North Curry, Somerset
The Parish wanted a decorative gate to a small public garden in the village square to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
How Bradley Crafted It
The gate was hand forged and then put together using traditional methods of blacksmithing, being tenon jointed and riveted together.
The Queen wishes me to write and thank you for the kind message which you have sent on the occasion of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee, and for the photograph you enclosed.
The Queen greatly appreciates your thoughts for her, and was delighted to see the photograph of the splendid Jubilee Gate, made by Bradley Harris and erected to commemorate this historic year.
I am to thank you all very much once again for your kind message of good wishes for Her Majesty at this time.
